Toward the end of our DC trip, we began to discuss where we would like our next vacation to be: the UK, Egypt…. The best thing about coming back from vacation is the planning of the next vacation, as it gives you something to look forward to :0) Well, just last week the destination was decided for us.

Nicole, my best friend sent out an update on wedding news and it appears as though she and Denny have selected their venue to be just outside of Dublin. That’s right! Dublin, Ireland. So, the planning must begin. As most of you know, Matt is the planner in our family; the person who is on top of everything even creating an itinerary for each of our previous vacations. Yes, even our wedding. Well, this time I believe my excitement trumps his ten fold and I have already begun the research process.

So far I have found several quaint B & B s and am falling in love with the town of Galway, definitely a must see on my list. It is too early to start looking for flights as the wedding is at least a year away. However, I’ll be spending a lot of time over the next few months in an attempt to plan a truly romantic and relaxing getaway for us.

Oh, did I mention… Guinness comes from Ireland!?! -D
